Azure Greg NewsLetter v5.0

V5

This is the 5th edition of my weekly newsletter so thank you for reading.

In this week's newsletter, I cover some of the best content I have come across in the past week which covers various topics and not one particular area.

This week I have been busy creating Bicep scripts for Azure Virtual Desktop, and fighting with Azure Front Door, learned a lot so will be blogging about this, in the next week or so.

Our AZ-900 course now has just 98 registered learners which is very cool, the bonus from this course is we can share the content on YouTube afterwards, which is a huge win.Sign up for the AZ-900 Free Azure Fundamentals course now by clicking on the image below:-

Career Tips and AdviceSomeone reached out to ask if I would add some career tips and advice - I think this is a great idea, so here goes.

  • Find a mentor to who you can ask questions and get advice in your career.

  • Try to give something back if you have learned something and think others can learn from your experience.

  • If you don't get the job you went for - something better is just around the corner.

Next Friday our company is traveling to Austria to go skiing, more on that next week, super excited to visit Austria and ski, I haven't been skiing for over 35 years, wow I am old.

I'm working on a blog post that covers creating Azure Virtual Desktop resources using Bicep and will domain join a windows 11, VM, to an Azure Active Directory Domain Services instance.

Stay safe, this is the way. I am looking for suggestions for thumbnail pics for each weekly newsletter, suggestions via twitter @gregor_suttie.
